Orai Deals ek digital listing marketplace platform hai jo Earnpe Marketing Pvt Ltd dvara operate kiya jata hai. Platform ki safety, trust aur fraud prevention ke liye yeh KYC (Know Your Customer) / Verification Policy lagu ki gayi hai.

• Fake listings aur fraud ko rokna
• Genuine buyers, sellers aur agents ko identify karna
• Platform par trust build karna

• 2. 👤 KYC Required For KYC / Verification nimnalikhit users ke liye apply ho sakta hai:
• Sellers (high-value listings)
• Property dealers / Agents
• Vehicle sellers
• Business listing owners
• Suspicious activity wale users

• 3. 🧾 Accepted Documents Verification ke liye following documents maange ja sakte hain:
• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Driving License
• Voter ID Business ke liye:
• GST Certificate
• Shop/Business Registration Proof

• 4. 📱 Basic Verification (Mandatory) Har user ke liye:
• Mobile number OTP verification
• Email verification (optional but recommended)

• 9. ❌ Non-Compliance Agar user KYC complete nahi karta:
• Listing visibility restrict ho sakti hai
• Account limit ya suspend ho sakta hai

• 10. ⚖️ Platform Rights Orai Deals ke paas adhikar hai:
• Kisi bhi user se KYC demand karne ka
• Verification reject karne ka
• Suspicious account block karne ka

11. 📩 Support & Verification Help KYC related help ke liye user support team se contact kar sakta hai

12. 📌 Acceptance of Policy Platform use karte hi user is KYC / Verification Policy ko accept karta hai
