1. Introduction Welcome to Orai Deals, a digital marketplace platform operated by Earnpe Marketing Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • 2. Nature of Platform Orai Deals ek online listing marketplace platform hai jo buyers, sellers, agents aur businesses ko connect karta hai.
  • Orai Deals kisi bhi transaction ka party nahi hai
  • Company kisi bhi deal me directly involved nahi hoti
  • Platform sirf listing aur communication ke liye hai 👉 Important: “Orai Deals is not a party to any transaction between users.”
  • 3. Services Offered Platform par following services available hain:
  • Buy/Sell (new & used products)
  • Property (sale & rent)
  • Vehicles (car/bike sale & rent)
  • Jobs listing & application
  • Local business listings
  • Agent support services
  • Refer & Earn program
  • 4. User Eligibility
  • User ki age minimum

18 years honi chahiye

  • User ko accurate aur genuine information provide karni hogi
  • Fake identity strictly prohibited hai
  • 5. User Account
  • Account ki security user ki responsibility hogi
  • Unauthorized use ke liye company responsible nahi hogi
  • Rule violation par account suspend ya terminate kiya ja sakta hai

6. Listing Policy Users: ✔️ Sirf genuine listing kare ❌ Fake, duplicate, illegal ya misleading listing mana hai Orai Deals kisi bhi listing ko remove/edit/block karne ka adhikar rakhta hai.

  • 7. Transactions & User Responsibility
  • Har deal directly Buyer aur Seller ke beech hoti hai
  • Price, payment, delivery, agreement sab unke beech decide hoga
  • Company kisi bhi transaction ke liye responsible nahi hogi 👉 Users must independently verify all details before making any deal.
  • 8. Agent Role Disclaimer
  • Agent sirf support / facilitation provide karta hai
  • Agent deal ka final decision maker nahi hota
  • Agent company ka employee, partner ya representative nahi hai 👉 Clause: “Agents listed on the platform act only as independent facilitators and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Orai Deals.”
  • 9. No Guarantee / No Warranty Orai Deals:
  • Kisi bhi listing ki accuracy guarantee nahi karta
  • Product / property / job ki quality verify nahi karta
  • Payment safety ki responsibility nahi leta 👉 Platform ka use user apne risk par karega.
  • 10. Jobs Disclaimer
  • Companies apni job post karti hain
  • Users direct apply karte hain
  • Company job authenticity ki guarantee nahi deti
  • 11. Business Listings
  • Business owner apni information ke liye khud responsible hoga
  • Company listing verify karne ke liye bound nahi hai
  • 12. Refer & Earn Program
  • User referral ke through earning kar sakta hai
  • Fraud referral par account terminate kiya ja sakta hai
  • Company kabhi bhi rules change kar sakti hai

13. Payments, Listing Charges & Commission

13.1 Listing Charges

  • Platform par kuch listings paid ho sakti hain
  • Featured / premium listing ke liye extra charges lag sakte hain
  • Sabhi charges clearly platform par dikhaye jayenge

13.2 Platform Commission

  • Kuch services (jaise property, vehicle, ya high-value deals) me platform commission lag sakta hai
  • Commission tabhi charge hoga jab: o Deal complete ho o Buyer aur Seller (ya Client aur Owner) dono agree kare 👉 Clause: “Any applicable platform commission shall be mutually agreed upon by the buyer and seller before the completion of the transaction.”

13.3 Agent Commission

  • Agent apni service ke liye alag se charge kar sakta hai
  • Ye directly user aur agent ke beech decide hoga
  • Company isme responsible nahi hogi

13.4 Payment Terms

  • Sabhi payments user ke dwara voluntarily kiye jayenge
  • Platform unauthorized transactions ke liye responsible nahi hoga

13.5 Refund Policy

  • Listing charges aur service fees generally non-refundable honge
  • Refund sirf company ke discretion par hoga

13.6 Charges Modification Orai Deals kabhi bhi apne charges ya commission structure ko change

kar sakta hai.

  • 14. Prohibited Activities Users ko mana hai:
  • Fraud / scam karna
  • Fake listing banana
  • Illegal products/services
  • Platform misuse Violation par strict action liya jayega.

15. Limitation of Liability Orai Deals aur Earnpe Marketing Pvt Ltd: ❌ Kisi bhi loss, fraud, damage ke liye responsible nahi honge ❌ Buyer-seller dispute ke liye liable nahi honge ❌ Agent ke actions ke liye liable nahi honge 👉 “Orai Deals shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from user transactions.”

16. Indemnity Users agree karte hain: “They shall indemnify and hold harmless Orai Deals and Earnpe Marketing Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, losses, or legal disputes arising out of their use of the platform or transactions with other users.”

17. No Partnership Company ka kisi bhi user, agent ya seller ke saath koi legal partnership nahi hai.

  • 18. Account Suspension / Termination Company kisi bhi user ka account suspend ya terminate kar sakti hai:
  • Rule violation
  • Fraud activity
  • Suspicious behavior

19. Privacy User data Privacy Policy ke according handle kiya jayega.

20. Changes to Terms Company kabhi bhi Terms update kar sakti hai. Updated terms automatically applicable honge.
