1. Introduction Ye Refund & Cancellation Policy Orai Deals platform par apply hoti hai. By using our services, you agree to this policy.

• 2. Nature of Platform (Important) Orai Deals ek marketplace platform hai:
• Company kisi bhi transaction ka party nahi hai
• Buyer aur Seller ke beech deal hoti hai
• Company payment handle nahi karti (unless stated) 👉 Isliye product/service related refund ke liye company responsible nahi hai

• 3. Listing Charges (Non-Refundable)
• Listing fees, featured listing, aur promotion charges non-refundable honge
• Listing publish hone ke baad refund nahi milega

• 4. Subscription / Service Fees
• Business listing, promotion ya subscription fees generally non-refundable honge
• Agar service activate ho chuki hai to refund nahi milega

• 5. Platform Commission
• Commission sirf successful deal ke baad charge hota hai
• Commission once paid → non-refundable hoga 👉 Exception:
• Agar technical error ya duplicate charge ho to review kiya jayega

• 6. User-to-User Transactions
• Buyer aur Seller ke beech hone wale deal me: o Refund, return, cancellation ka decision unke beech hoga o Company kisi bhi dispute me responsible nahi hogi

• 7. Agent Payments
• Agent ko diya gaya commission ya fees: o Directly user aur agent ke beech hota hai o Company isme involved nahi hoti o Refund agent ke decision par depend karega

• 8. Cancellation Policy ✔️ Listing Cancellation
• User apni listing kabhi bhi remove kar sakta hai
• Lekin paid listing ka refund nahi milega

• ✔️ Service Cancellation
• Active services cancel ki ja sakti hain
• Lekin already used services ka refund nahi milega

• 9. Technical Errors / Failed Transactions
• Agar payment fail ho jata hai aur amount deduct ho jata hai: o Refund 5–7 working days me process kiya jayega
• Duplicate payment case me bhi refund possible hai

• 10. Fraud & Misuse
• Fraud activity detect hone par: o Account suspend kiya ja sakta hai o Koi refund applicable nahi hoga

• 11. Company Rights Orai Deals kisi bhi case me:
• Refund deny kar sakta hai (policy violation par)
• Refund approve kar sakta hai (special case me) 👉 Final decision company ka hoga

• 12. Changes to Policy
• Company kabhi bhi is policy ko update kar sakti hai
• Updated version automatically apply hoga
